Cisco had clearly mentioned that if you already have a NetAcad account you can use the email ID to login but you need to click on Forgot password and then reset your password I can no longer access my netacad account Everytime I login it says account not found I am pretty sure its because of this single sign on solution cisco started using The funny part is that this is a solution
